Q: Are these dividers wide enough to use with page protectors or do the page protectors stick out further than the dividers?

Q: Do these dividers come with stick on labels? Are these dividers paper or plastic?
A: They are made of polypropylene - like plastic (flexible, tear resistant, scratch resistant). And yes, mine came with sticker labels.
