I recieved this as a gift. I love it especially during the winter months as my office is in the basement. I was so sad when it stopped working but so happy my husband called and received such amazing customer service. Can't wait to start using my HappyLight again. Thank you would highly recommend.

I am a function medicine PA-C and RDN. I have been using Happy Light for over 5 years now and do not go a morning without it! It is so helpful to modulate my circadian rhythm, help with energy levels and help me sleep deeper. I purchased the Lucent to take to my office to use during the day - And, I have used it every day since! 10/10 recommend the Lucent. As a PA-C, I recommend Happy Light to all my patients and have been very happy with the full spectrum lights as well as customer service!

Got this as a gift for Christmas and it might be the brightest thing I've ever seen, except for maybe the sun itself. Very simple setup, includes a stand, and you can definitely feel it make an impact on your body after only a little use.

A few months ago my sister had told me about this product. She had purchased it and was very satisfied with it. She kept talking about how much better it made her feel, and I thought I would give it a try. I bought the HappyLight and boy, I have not been disappointed. I cannot tell you how much better I feel. I was one that always suffered from the "winter blues", but this small and inexpensive item has really done the trick for me. I cannot recommend it enough. I promise you, you wil not be disappointed in the product.

This is a very lightweight, compact light. The stand works well to support and position it. The brightness cannot be adjusted, so be aware of that detail.

I received this as a gift three years ago and it has dramatically improved my winter experience. I suffer from SAD and dedicating one hour a day to sitting in front of the Lucent model has eased my symptoms and allowed me to also reliably study every morning whilst getting the benefits of the light. Easily one of the most thoughtful and impactful gifts I have ever received. Lamp is compact and easily stored in a desk drawer in-between uses. Light is just as bright after three years as it was when I first opened it.

I purchased this lamp about three years ago and have used it daily while working in my office. I have serious seasonal depression and was living in a state with long winters that were frequently overcast. This little lamp really contributed to lifting my spirits and keeping me motivated!! The HappyLight Lucent has been a game changer for me especially during the long Canadian Winter months. It’s cold and dark and I love warmth and sun. I’m more alert and focused when I use the light during working hours. I’ve been able to build up a tolerance to have the light on from 9-5 Monday to Friday. When it’s not on I can feel the difference!

I started using the HappyLight for 10 -15 minutes first thing in the morning. I live where the winter days are long and mornings are cold and dark. Not only does it help me get out of bed, it also helps me feel better throughout the day. I highly recommend it for the winter blahs!!
