No holes for the square base. So we made our own, but the screws were not long enough to stay secured so came right out. Loved the design, poor structure. Have to return damaged

It looks really nice and seems like it will hold up well. I’m taking off 2 stars because a couple of steps in the assembly were pretty confusing and some pilot holes for the base would have been nice. I bought two of these and the lower drawer for the second one was not aligned (pilot holes were not symmetrical and drawers kept bumping into each other). I had to fix that.
