Crane Drop Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier - 1 Gallon

Works great but leaks when it’s shut off. Completely ruined my nightstand. Not worth the money AT ALL

After one use with only distilled water the inside of the tank is riddled with mold

I purchased the pink one. Product Highlights say cord is detachable, which is not true, at least for the pink version. This is disappointing because detachable cord was a must have features for me.

Super disappointed in this product… I purchased this in April and by October, it no longer worked. When I took it into the store to return it, I was turned down for a return/even exchange/anything because it was after the 90 day window. Not worth what you pay for it! Prior to it not working, I had cleaned and filled it like normal and it emptied the entire reservoir in 8 hours. The dresser it was still on was soaked, it shorted the fan that was in the room and left the top of the rug soaked. It was almost like the apparatus failed that caused it to disperse into the air and just all fell in one small place. Not sure if any other users have had this experience, but I sure wish I knew this would’ve happened prior to purchasing it.

Works well but is impossible to clean. I would Not recommend due to not being able to clean easily.

Stopped working after very few uses. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY SOMETHING ELSE.

Worked a time or 2, both of them the power cord plug and female input underneath the item have become corroded within a few uses. The water seems to leak, especially the 2nd one it has soaked everything when it leaked all over. These are poorly made and have wasted my money on them. Not sure if there's counterfeit made or what but yes as others have said they won't even turn on now (guessing due to electric parts getting water soaking through and corroding them). Very frustrating.

Purchased twice both times it stopped working it just wouldn’t turn on anymore.

It worked for two days and just completely stopped working, no mist will come out. Bought this for my newborn who is congested and unfortunately do not have the time to go return. Buy another brand

Easily built a mold and never capable to clean.

Huge tank, great for large bedroom with vaulted ceiling

Easy yo assemble and clean. Works great for baby nursery. Especially helpful when baby has congestion.

Impossible to clean. Base of tank gets moldy and there is not way to clean it out.

This product works wonders when you're not feeling great. I was able to sleep better while being congested.

Didn’t provide mist. I have a small mini humidifier that puts this thing to shame, it works so well. However, this item has absolutely no humidity. Will be returning. Waste of time and money.

I had a decade+ old Crane that finally gave up, so I get a replacement. The new one works great! In fact, it alsmot works TOO well. Before, it notice a difference in the air quality, I had to have it cranked all the way up - but with this new one - 50% power SOAKS the room.

I have no idea how, but this humidifier just does not work. Other ones I’ve used you can feel the air actually being humid in the morning but this one my skin feels just as dry as when I don’t use one, even when I crank it to full blast.

Worked well for a year then it stopped producing mist. Reached out to the company and it is now out of warranty.

Never worked and will be returning this.

It is a great smaller humidifier! Refill once a day I disinfect mine once every 3-4 days, it works great and you can adjust the stream. It’s helped our home in these cold winter months perfect!
