Only gave it two stars because I know someone will enjoy this flavor, but that person is not me. It is a very distinct and strong flavor that isn’t the best. My husband and I thought it would taste like a root beer float sundae but it has its own flavor entirely.

Have you ever wanted to taste a scented candle? Now is your chance!
I am not sure what I was expecting, but this was really, really gross to me. My husband tried it first and had a visceral “blech!”reaction. Being contrary to his skepticism, I said it couldn’t be that bad, and that I’d finish it for him if he hated it so much. Nope, it was pretty nasty. It was kind of like drinking a scented candle. The chocolate part, in particular, was very artificial and off putting. Usually I like the novelty flavour sodas (coconut DDP, orange vanilla cola, etc) but this one just wasn’t it.

This soda is so delicious!! It has a cream soda base mixed with this rich chocolaty flavor. In my opinion it actually tastes like an ice cream sundae! I have one every night as a treat. I will be so sad when these are gone, I BEG A&W to add this to your regular line up!!!

This is delicious, made a delicious cocktail using a chocolate tequila. If you don’t like chocolate then don’t drink it. It tastes better cold than warm but that goes for all sodas, since that’s the way they’re meant to be consumed. My brothers and I love this soda, I hope it stays around but since it seems to be a polarizing drink. This is just something you’d need to try for yourself.

This is my favorite soda. I'm sad to know it is only for a limited time. It doesn't taste like chocolate soda but if you don't like chocolate soda you probably wont like this one. It taste like an ice cream Sunday to me. And it taste like a cookie to my mom. It's yummy and it's unique. I wish they'd keep it as a regular soda all the time in stores.
