About the Author
E. Katherine Kottaras is the author of two critically acclaimed YA novels, How to Be Brave and The Best Possible Answer. Currently an Associate Professor of English at Pasadena City College, she is also a certified yoga teacher, personal trainer, and health coach. She holds master's degrees in English and Kinesiology. Vanitha Swaminathan was raised in Eastern India and learned mindfulness practices from her parents. Twice a year, she returns to India to help her mother with her yoga practice. She currently lives in California with her husband, two sons, and three grandchildren.
