What fantastic nonfiction! What kids doesn’t love rocks? Mine are obsessed! With beautiful sparse text and ethereal art, A STONE IS A STORY helps kids link the rocks in their pockets to the millions of years of Earth science that lead to their creation. A great jumping off point for learning more about geology! Don’t miss the back matter. Highly recommend.
