about this item

Walt Disney Animation Studios presents an epic tale of adventure and comedy with Frozen. When a prophecy traps a kingdom in eternal winter, Anna, a young dreamer, must team up with Kristoff, a daring mountain man, and his reindeer on the grandest of journeys to find Anna's sister, the Snow Queen Elsa, and put an end to her icy spell. Encountering mystical trolls, a hilarious snowman named Olaf, Everest-like extremes, and magic at every turn, Anna and Kristoff battle the elements in a race to save the kingdom from destruction. Directed by Chris Buck (Tarzan) and produced by Peter Del Vecho (Winnie the Pooh,The Princess and the Frog), the comedy-adventure Frozen journeys into theaters in November 2013. This Step 2 Step into Reading leveled reader brings all the magic and adventure of Frozen to girls and boys ages 4-6 who are just learning to read on their own.

I can't really rate the level, because I bought this book for my niece who is studying English as a second language. It seems age appropriate.  see moreof FLmom's review

Our daughter is learning to read and this book is perfect by taking a story from a movie she's seen a million times and making simple sentences out of it.  see moreof DJS's review

My 3 year old daughter LOVES this book. We had taken it out so many times at the local library that we finally decided to buy one. She has the entire book memorized so she "reads" it to anyone who will listen. If your child loves Frozen, this is a great book to have in your library.  see moreof dp09311's review

She loves the book but had quite a hard time reading it. She is in kindergarden. We bought the Frozen stage 1 book as well and it was much more on her level. I think this book would be better for a child with a first grade reading level.  see moreof Caylee's review
