Impossible to put together
You can't use it. The rubber handle doesn't slide onto the metal pole piece. I bench 225 and can't slide the rubber handle on. Tried to slide the rubber handle on by pressing the pole against the table and I put a hole in the table.

Works well so far.
Rubber handles do not twist or move position. I use a resistance band wrapped around the metal bar and to my foot when using. I hope the resistance won't stress the metal and cause it to eventually snap.
