A: Hello! It is not recommend for indoor use due to the rubber backing. However, ultimately using the mat inside is a personal choice and preference.

It does a great job collecting all the "goodies" off the bottom of your shoes. It also helps eliminate outside mess from my dog's paws. The rug is reasonably priced.
