I actually love this little towel rack but it arrived in super rough shape: box was partially open, the original packaging was laying the box but not attached to the towel rack, and there were no screws or mounting instructions, which the packaging referenced. I almost returned it, but my husband found some matching screws and was able to install it. The towel rack is perfect but the condition it arrived in was really annoying and doesn't represent the level of service I've come to expect from Target. Rating is a 5 for the towel rack itself and a 1 for the sloppy condition on delivery.

We use this to organize hats! They hang perfectly and you can use every peg. Being hats are so lightweight I can’t say it would hold a ton of weight.. I have no idea. But if you have anyone who needs a way to organize hats- this looks a lot nicer than most options
