Q: Is this alcohol free

submitted by Afzah - 10 months ago
  • A: Thank you for your inquiry. The term “alcohol” used for labeling of foods, drugs and cosmetics in the United States pertains to “ethyl alcohol” (intoxicating agent found in beer, wine, and liquor). While the label states it contains “Benzyl Alcohol”, it doesn’t contain “ethyl alcohol”, and therefore it meets the FDA definition of "alcohol free".

Q: Is this bottle refillable? I would like to buy the large size and refill the smaller bottle

submitted by MK - 2 years ago
  • A: You can pull out the dispenser with needle nose pliers, refill it, and then replace the dispenser. It’s easy to do and there are YouTube videos if you need to see it, just search for “refilling kids mouthwash”. https://youtu.be/LDXoMZ74HjU?si=6BgYZemfO5MfTho1

Q: Bottle has a tube in center with no dispenser and is slow to pour. Is there a missing assembly piece?

submitted by Daisy33 - 5 years ago
  • A: I hold the bottle upright and lightly squeeze, it pushes the mouthwash up through the tube into the top portion. When it reaches the fill line, I stop squeezing. I end up then pouring it into the cap which I use to put it in my mouth.
