Not for an adult-toddler size
These are SUPER tiny. Not at all what I expected. I bought these for my 10 yr old daughter who has thick coily hair. They are not big enough to hold/pull her entire head of hair back. This is the size I used for her as a toddler. The product description says for women, but I'm not sure how that's possible. The glowing part didn't work. Maybe if you walked around with a black light. But not from being charged with direct sunlight. These were a real disappointment, especially for the price
