The texture is super creamy, the flavors are yummy (the strawberry and peach are my faves 🍓🍑), and it actually helps with digestion. I notice I feel less bloated and more “regular” when I have it consistently. It’s not overly sweet like some other yogurts, which I appreciate, and it feels like a healthier snack option.
