The sugar content is a little high — 10g per cup — would love a no sugar option. I do buy Activia low fat probiotic yogurts weekly, but this new yogurt grasped my attention with the added 10g of protein. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for this type of yogurt. Amazing for your gut health.
