Formula Change?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my favorite product. Now, you put it on and it just vanishes. No need to rinse, and there is no residual feel after and I feel I have to reapply. I felt it used to help with tangles, but now it does not.

Most useless hair conditioner I have ever tried

I used to love the ultra hydrating conditioner with the yellow label, when the label turned green blue the product formula must have changed too, it doesn't detangler my hair anymore

Not hydrating at all
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is truly the worst conditioner I used. I have bleached hair, so they are somewhat dry. After this conditioner, my hair did not get any softer and in fact I was unable to comb my hair at all. Hair felt so dry and tangled. This conditioner doesn't condition anything.

Changed formula
I was using this a few years when the container was yellow and white,would stock up on it when it was on sale,then my last stock i bought 6 of them when they changed the container to the blue color.well not only did they change the container color they changed the formula! Terrible now,just like another reviewer said,makes my hair stiff and dry,horrible! Waste of money!

Reviews about this keep being deleted. Why? The new formula is awful. This has been my holy grail product for 10 years but the new formula is totally unusable. I had to give up after three washes. My hair was left sticky and terribly tangled.

They changed the formula and it’s absolutely awful now. I couldn’t even brush through my hair after using tons of conditioner. It was so knotted. Do not recommend anymore unfortunately. It used to be great.

Been buying for years and I USED to love it
Honestly this product combined with the shampoo was amazing, it had the best slip for my hair and it made it super moisturized and smooth….. well when they changed the packaging for the brand they changed the formula and it's horrible now. I will not be buying again. Hopefully they can get back to basics. Why "fix" what's not broken

Just a warning the scent is a very strong almond smell! Fine for me but avoid with a nut allergy. I wouldn't describe as ultra hydrating. I will finish this but not buy again. Its just fine.

Dear god what happened
Been using this conditioner for years. Just used my first bottle of the new packaging and it is NOT the same formula. I could tell before I even finished running it through my hair in the shower. I might as well have not used any conditioner, it had the hydrating properties of pure water. This used to be the only acure conditioner worth using. Frantically looking for a new conditioner now.

Smells absolutely vile
This stuff smells like a combination of a landfill on a hot summer day and the inside of a ten-year-old sneaker worn daily by someone with toenail fungus. Just disgusting. And that's just the beginning. I had to use practically a quarter of the tube of shampoo to work up a lather, and just as much conditioner to coat all my hair. I then tried to pull a wide-toothed comb through it, as I always do, before rinsing. My hair was such a knotted mess that I ripped out a handful. My poor hair was dry and crispy--while still soaking wet in the shower! I don't know where to begin with these Acure products...they're simply the worst hair-care products I've ever used. I returned them immediately.

Hydrates my dry hair

I've been using this product for a while now and it's made a noticeable difference in how my hair looks and feels, especially when it's dry or damaged, the formula is rich and creamy but doesn't feel heavy, and it makes detangling so much easier without leaving any residue behind, my hair feels instantly softer and smoother after rinsing and over time it looks healthier with more shine, the argan oil and pumpkin seed oil really help nourish my ends and reduce that dry, brittle feeling, and I've also noticed my hair is much more manageable when styling with less frizz overall, it gives that silky finish without weighing everything down which is exactly what I look for in a conditioner, overall it's a great option if your hair needs moisture, softness, and a little extra strength without feeling greasy or overdone

New Formula is SO BAD
Yellow OG bottle= Amazing. New blue bottle…👎🏻 WHY RUIN A GOOD THING? Not hydrating, I can barely get a comb through. Even after using 3x as much product! I will say though—customer service was amazing and they refunded me. They must know it's awful.
