Waste of money.
This is the biggest piece of garbage I have ever purchased from Target. You can’t put many items on it without it falling apart. I’ve taken it apart and put it back together again three times and it continues to fall apart. What a waste of money!

Heads Up re “Missing Parts”!
You can’t beat this rack for the price. I have three of them. One from years ago and it is still working fine, and two that I bought this month. When I assembled the ones I bought this month, I initially thought they were missing parts. But actually, some of the smaller lengths of metal tube were lodged inside some of the bigger lengths of tube. When I tapped the larger sections, the small smaller sections fell out, and then I could assemble the whole thing. Make sure you assemble the 2 base horizontal stabilizing bars as tightly as possible. That’s really what holds the whole thing together.
