Q: I have bought this twice, and both sets have been missing the “B” rods. Has anyone else experienced this?

  • A: The B rods live inside the E rods just like it says in the instructions. They lock into the E. I 100% guarantee they are there and you all missed them. Twice no less - pretty amazing.

missing a pole!

I got this in drive-up, and the box was partially opened. I should have known there would inevitably be pieces missing! they're not sturdy racks. I had to assemble it without the top vertical poles. so, I ended up with a very short, non-adjustable rack instead of what it was supposed to be. it's so cheap, I'm not bothering with disassembly to return. I only need these for garage sales.

Hang bar is adjustable!

I’m in love with this rack! It transformed my messy, overcrowded coat rack into a tidy, functional space. AND the hang bar length is adjustable! None of the other reviews or Q&A’s mentioned that. That was of utmost importance for me bc the space I wanted it for was only 43” wide. The two ends slide into the ends of the main hang bar and can be pulled out/pushed in to the desired length. Then lock them in place so they stay put. The two end caps had a small broken piece off of each of them, but it did not affect functionality and no one will see it bc it goes inside the bar. I only included the pic for illustration. PROS: Adjustable hang bar length and height, sturdy, less than $12, easy & quick to assemble, light as a feather (I can lift it with one hand when empty), easy to move or lock the two locking wheels to keep it in place.

I built, took apart, and rebuilt this rack to try and get it to stand right, but it doesn't. The pieces don't fit together properly and the top is super bowed out compared to the bottom. It's a piece of junk - buy something better!

My favorite storage buy this year!

This garment rack is perfect to store in our smaller laundry room, but can be adjusted to quickly expand out and up when in use. It was super easy and quick to put together. The missing pieces other reviews mentioned are inside the other poles, you just click the side adjusters and take them out. It’s to save space in the box, and frankly I thought it was pretty smart. For a smaller rack this holds a lot. Well worth the little it cost.

Clothes rack

I had to go to another store to pick up my item because the original Store I purchased from was out of stock after I have paid for it already. Go to the new location and pick it up and I'm missing parts to my clothes rack. I'm missing part B the second ride that connects to the top which is part A
