They didnt drill holes in the right place for the shelf racks.

just like some of the other comments I saw, I bought 2 of these and both of them had the holes in the wrong spot. So you can't screw in all of the racks correctly, cheaply made and leans forward. Would never purchase again

Takes about 45 minutes to put together, cheap materials, some holes are drilled in the wrong spot so you can’t fasten it completely. It leans slightly forward and like others have said the mirror is warped. Only reason this gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because I snagged this on clearance for $15. Can’t believe how overpriced this this! Will stay our guest room until I find a better alternative. Bummer.

I bought this today, because it was on clearance for only $16. Despite the negative reviews, the cheap price made me want to give it a try. I really wanted to love it. The mirror wasn’t bad. I didn’t experience the wavy, fun-house effect. But the top piece that the mirror was supposed to attach to had holes that were drilled on the wrong side. Because of this, there actually wasn’t a way to attach the mirror at all, unless you drilled your own holes. I was going to just toss the mirror and use the rack without it, except that the review about the rack leaning forward was spot on. And it’s not a subtle lean either. It’s quite extreme, and I just couldn’t get over it even for $16. The good news is that disassembling it was much quicker than assembling it. Even if it didn’t lean, I really don’t think it’s worth the $55. Go in your local store and see if it’s on clearance there instead of ordering it online for full price.

Mirrors warped, overall quality is lightweight and cheap. Is able to hang clothes conveniently, it just wobbles too much for me

The instructions are a bit off which forced me to have to disassemble at times and fix what wasn’t placed right. Also the mirror is no good. It seems very warped and isn’t a full clean reflection. I would avoid this model. Planning on returning it.

One of the poles was drilled incorrectly to the point it was not able to be assembled. Ordered a replacement to give it another try because it is cute and the pieces felt sturdy.

I love that it comes with a tool to help you put it together. It was very easy and it come out beautiful, it’s not to big nor to small perfect size I say and it comes with a mirror soo that’s a plus for me.

super easy to assemble and this is coming from someone who is terrible at assembling things. super cute especially for the price

over all not bad except for mirror which is very wavey, I'll probably take it out o hang my bags. it's not the worst since I got it on clearance but would return if paid full price

Easy to put together and is a nice storage piece for shoes and coats, but the mirror I got with it is incredibly warped. It looks like a funhouse mirror. I ended up just taking out the mirror and it gave me more hanging space

Easy to put together and sturdy. Love how it makes my entryway area look so organized. Just what I wanted - a modern, minimalist and compact coat/shoe rack. Surprised the shoe shelf was wide enough for a size men size 15 shoe. The mirror is perfect for checking out your outfit before leaving out.
