It comes with the head piece and the tail. My hubby wore it at work and got a ton of laughs!! The head is really soft, with long hanging ears on the side. He not only wore it on Halloween but also the next day to work. Added some much needed fun into an otherwise dull day lol. So stoked we got this!

The hat is semi-adjustable, as the straps can be tied if someone wants to secure it tightly they can. The material quality is nice, I like the shininess the fabric has to it.
