Adult Sheer Sparkle July4th Costume Tutus - Sun Squad™

I love this tutu! I bought this for Fourth of July and a camping trip we always take. This is a one size fits all. I’m 5’9” and 135lbs and a size small or size 4 in pants. The waist band is very stretchy and elastic. This would be cute over a bathing suit, or over a pair of spandex shorts with a bathing suit top or even a tank top. It’s tulle material and festive for the holidays! I received an incentive to write this review.

So this says adult size but I bought it for my daughter. She is 4'10" tall and around 90 lbs. I feel like if you're taller than 5' it will be very short, especially the thicker you are. It says it's one size fits all but it's definitely one size fits some. The tutu is very cute. The wide elastic waistband is comfortable and flattering. There's a solid red skirt underneath the sheer red, white, and blue tutu pieces. I don't know why but the way they're shaped reminds me of flames. The colors are single strips so they are flowy and move around a lot and look great to spin and dance in. In the description online it calls the tutu sparkly but it isn't very sparkly at all. Thats is disappointing but not a deal breaker. It's great as part of your 4th of July attire if you like to add a little razzle dazzle to your outfit. The quality is surprisingly good for what I'd consider more of a "costume" skirt. My daughter really likes it and can't wait to wear it for the upcoming holiday. Although this is labeled for adults, my 10yr old daughter who wears a size 10/12 in kids or an XXS in teens, fell in love with this skirt and plans to wear it for the upcoming holiday. The skirt is very cute and worth it’s low price. You can see the fabric in between the tulle ribbons but for the price that does not seem to be a concern for me. I am a size 16/18 in women’s and I could not get the skirt to go over my thighs. So it is definitely meant for someone smaller. It’s fun and perfect wear for a festive event or holiday. I wear a size medium skirt. I have a 32 inch waist and a 36 inch chips. This size medium skirt fit me well. It is the perfect skirt for memorial day or 4 July. I was able to wear pants under it. The different layers of red white and blue are really adorable. This is a good quality skirt for a very reasonable price. If you are looking for a festive skirt, this is definitely one to get. I purchased the Adult Sheer Sparkle July 4th Costume Tutu from Sun Squad at Target and it was super fun! The tulle on it was perfectly bright and flowy, which really makes it stand out. I was a bit hesitant about the "one size fits all" as I typically wear a size 14/16, but I'm happy to report that it fit me just fine!
