Not happy with the shipping. One of the jars apparently got squished to the point that l/3 of the product was all over the inside of the plastic wrap (good thing it was wrapped in plastic ) WHAT A MESS, and I lost 1/3 of that jar. ! !

I bought hyaluronic acid, vit c, and retinol. The last two came properly sealed and with a scan code, but the hyaluronic acid wasn't sealed and no scan code. I would like to know if thats the way it's delivered? I tried returning it but I couldn't find the phone number or the return information. , , The Vit C cream is really nice. I like it and i would order again.
