Description
About the Book
The book is a comprehensive discussion of the most advanced time-domain modeling methods and applications in electromagnetics and electrical engineering. It provides guidelines about why some choices must be made among the principal modeling approaches and then discusses numerical and analytical methods, and applications.
Book Synopsis
Time domain refers to the analysis of mathematical functions (of in our case electromagnetic signals or waves) with respect to time. This is the area of modelling of EM waves concerned with their changeable function(s) over time. In contrast the Frequency domain method is concerned with the functions and their relationship with the frequency of the signal. Both are mathematical tools used in modelling to come up with new performance characteristics and hence new designs for electrical systems and devices.
