Liquid gels will always be my go to over a regular tablet. They work so much faster. However there are many other brands that do the exact same thing but are much cheaper. As this is a name brand they jack up the prices so they are quite expensive so I normally go for an off brand!!!

Usually the medicine bottles I have are so big that I have to talk them out and put my medicine in a pill holder. However, since this product is small it fits in my bag with no problem! The smaller size of the pill is also easier to swallow!
