The camera has incredible video quality and sound quality both in day and night mode my only complaint is the fixed Lens can not be adjusted vertically otherwise I would give the camera 5 stars. I have 7 defender cameras all are wireless and all different ages and they all work incredibly well. Would highly recommend.

I have owned many different Defender cameras over the years and they are still all in service. The video on the tri-lens PTZ security camera is incredible in both day and night vision. I only have one complaint and that is I would like the stationary lens to be adjustable vertically as to give those lenses a better view, this is the reason I am giving it 4 stars as opposed to 5 stars. The app is easy to maneuver.

I bought 8 weeks ago and I am happy with the product

I got this product a while ago, and it has been very stable. I haven't noticed any false alert nor missed alerts. I feel I can count on it to do its job. I subscribed to the cloud storage, so all of my videos are stored on the cloud for a few days without worrying about somebody knocks it down and take the SD card away.

Been using this defender camera as a test from defender I am happy with the product despite its minor flaw which is not enough range for the wi-fi camera, add a 5ghz option for wireless n, app is bit laggy when remote viewing other than that. The picture and video quality is excellent.

GREAT PRODUCT EASY TO INSTALL AND USE ALSO REASONABLY PRICED

I have 2 from a previous version and this one really makes a huge difference in detecting things. It makes the difference between a living being, a vehicle or simply the wind that moves things. In addition, with the 2 cameras, one of which does not move, we obtain a beautiful coverage of the space. The only thing i would add would be a rechargeable battery in case of power failure.

Very very Easy to set up and very clear picture !!

I have installed 6 of these cameras around my place and for a couple of weeks now and i am very satisfied with cameras so far. The picture quality is great, the two way voice works great, and the setup was really easy.

Great cameras, would like to see faster panning and longer hang time before returning to start position.

This camera needs 360 deg. motion detection. If the camera is not looking at you it, doesn't detect that you are there. A person can sneak up on the camera from behind.

I have installed 3 out of the four cameras already and I'm very satisfied with their performance. Setup was fairly straightforward, following the instructions included in the packaging. I'm most impressed with the clarity of the pictures and videos and the ability to zoom in for a closer look. You can set a home position for each camera, so it will detect motion coming from a specific direction. You can also manually pan the camera to scan your property in real time wherever you might be. The infrared feature works well when it's dark with reasonable picture quality. We've tested the listen and talk feature, and it has worked well. The alarm siren isn't very loud, at least outdoors, but that feature isn't critical for our use. I like that I can save copies of the pics and videos on my phone. My wife also downloaded the app and has access to viewing as well. One camera has lost it's orientation a couple of times, but this can be corrected by restarting the device from within the camera settings menu. If it continues to happen, I will contact Defender. If I had known these cameras had all of this functionality, I would have bought them sooner.

Have used the camera for about two weeks. Nice pictures. Only suggestion is to make the pig tail waterproof cable a little longer. It is only about 18 inches long. If it were 3 feet it would be much better to get thru eaves or openings. Otherwise, I like it.
