Air-Care electrostatic, reusable, permanent, washable air filters are 10 times more efficient than the standard disposable filter. Most of these particles are smaller than one micron. Electrostatic air filters clean the air by using static electricity, a safe, naturally occurring phenomenon. An electrostatic charge is generated by air flowing through a maze of static prone fibers. Airborne particles are attracted and held by the static charge until released by washing.

Q: Which 4” is this? There is one sized for just under four inches and then there is another that is just over four inches which I believe fits Honeywell. Those larger will not fit my unit. It doesn’t show in the specs the actual thickness.

A: Our 4" wide filter is actually 3.75" and length and width is 3/8"undercut _ I hope this helps

Was excited to get the filter and stop replacing the old kind. Fit, 16x25 is good. NO directional arrow on filter for air flow. NO support to answer my question on that. Figured it out, market filter. Time will tell if it effective when the first cleaning occurs down the road.

Throw Away Your Paper Filters
I wish I had found this filter years ago. The amount of money we have wasted on throw away filters is shameful. This filter is well made, easy to clean and so easy to install in your return.
