Good quality cod filets. I’ve read some reviews saying that the texture was mushy. They have to be properly thawed in their individual packages in a bowl of cold water and then removed and dried with paper towels. If you try and rush the thaw in warm running water, or leave them at room temp to thaw, they will be mushy. I season them, spray with oil, top with lemon and cook in air fryer at 400 for 12-16 minutes, depending on thickness. They come out beautifully every time.
