With these Frozen Alaska Salmon Burgers from Good & Gather™, it's easy to get a delicious dinner prepared with minimal time and effort. This 16-ounce package contains four frozen patties made from wild-caught salmon fillets. With no need to thaw, it's easy to get the burgers served up — just cook the patties from frozen in the oven or fry them in a lightly oiled pan. These salmon burgers contain no artificial flavors or sweeteners and no high-fructose corn syrup, and each patty contains 170 calories and 1430mg of Omega-3 fatty acids. For added flavor and melty goodness, try adding Havarti cheese to these wild-caught Alaska salmon burgers, or top with mango salsa or Tzatziki sauce for extra zing.DirectionsNeeds to be fully cooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Cook from frozen. Do not refreeze if thawed. Do not microwave. Skillet1. Heat lightly oiled pan over MEDIUM heat. Add patties.2. Something is Different
I've been buying these for years because they tasted better than other salmon burgers I've tasted before. Over the past year I've noticed that the manufacturer must have changed something. I can't put my finger onto it, but I've noticed the physical appearance has changed as well. I don't think I'll be buying them anymore. This won't be a problem for most consumers If they haven't bought them in the past. They're still a convenient way to buy and cook salmon.

Target is going to great lengths to spoil every product that I used to love when it would be easier just to sell honest to goodness quality items
I used to think these were an easy delicious meal that was much cheaper than a restaurant salmon burger but just as good. I do them in a skillet and sometimes I put Tinga sauce or garlic and hot sauce but sometimes I keep them plain. They used to have a really good flavor on their own. I've been eating them for years at this point but recently they took a nose dive. Once in a while, have I experienced one of the salmon burgers tasting fishy, so that's something to remember. But now Target has decided to do shenanigans with reducing the size also known as shrinkflation while they also keep raising the price from 7.99 to 8.99. I'm including a picture so that you may see what I'm talking about. salmon burgers in odd shapes, and that are not actually fully 4 ounces as the box advertises and which they used to be. I won't be buying these again and it sucks because I really liked them.
