I love this desk. It's both a practical and stylish way to make sure I'm not sitting in my chair all day. Sitting is the new smoking, as they say. There's enough room for two monitors, though it does make lifting the top heavier. I ended up putting one monitor on the lift portion and one to the side (the non-lifting portion). Plenty of room. Drawers are smallish, but you can store things under the lift top. The color is more to the gray side, not brown. If you're on the fence, buy it!

Desk is sturdy and well designed. Strong chemical taking weeks to dissipate.

So very happy with the purchase. It fits perfectly over a 5x7 rug. The lift top is so easy to lift and slides smoothly. There is even a little bit of storage underneath the portion that lifts from the desk, enough room to fit 2 lap tops under. The 2 drawers on each side of the desk are not large, but enough to hold typical office items like pens, post-its, stapler, etc. Have received several compliments on how nice it looks. Only complaint was how long it took from purchase date to delivery, but now that it is here, and it was worth the wait.

Just got everything up and running this week! Desk is very sturdy and we only had to put on the legs! Very easy assembly!

Good overall design. Plug-ins could have used a multi-side option, since not everyone wants the plugs on the right side. Other than that, the lift-portion is great and makes for a fully functional workspace.

This is a great looking desk, and fits perfectly in the space I had my last desk in. Perfect for my personal pc and work laptop use

The desk is higher that the average. (without extend the top). Because of this no all chairs works good with it. I have a really good chair but even in the higher level I can't work with my arm comfortable. The desk height is even higher that a normal table.

The desk is functional, love being able to stand too. However the finish is very poor in some spots, looks like finger marks in the stain. Also the middle section is not completely flush on both sides, only on one side of the desk.

This desk really does look great, but the electric portion is useless. The usb slots stopped working on the second day, and a couple months later plugging a charger into the regular desktop outlet blew the fuse for my whole home office.

All in all the desk is nice and sturdy. The directions were easy to follow. The color is darker than pictured. I am impressed with the lift top, but disappointed in the busted up drawer. I was able to put the handle on but have to be extremely careful when opening the drawer so the corner doesn’t break off.

Purchased this desk for my home office. I was looking for something to match my flooring as well as the barn door on the room. This piece ticked off both of those items perfectly. It was extremely easy to put together, seems to be well made and looks great. Definitely happy with the purchase so far.

This desk smells like varnish or shelac. Its over powering to say the least! , Also, handles were NOT included in the box.

the moving part can't hold more than laptop in terms of weight and maneuverability

Awesome desk, assembly was a bit confusing as piece a sticker was on piece b and b on a. Once I figured that out assembly went smooth.

This desk is a piece of junk. I don’t even use it all the time and the drawer broke and coating peeled off. The “protection insurance” won’t cover these items. So disappointing because try style is nice.

Had to return this desk. The off gases that it produced were so strong and so bad. We tried everything to get rid of it and could not. I would not recommend this item to anyone and Ashley should not buy furniture like this from the manufacturer.
