I want to make everything in the book. So far I've used about 25 of the recipes for canning relishes, jellies, jams, and salsas. My favorite on meat in the onion balsamic jam, and everyone is loving the peach mango salsa. This book is wonderful. I hadn't canned in over a decade, so my skills were rusty. I bought this book last year, and I absolutely love it. This book was somewhat disappointing for me, because instead of basic canning recipes, there are many "fancy-type" recipes. It's not what I was looking for, but I gave my 2 books away as gifts, and those younger people were very happy. I have used The Ball Blue Book for many, many years, always with great success. I also have collected several from many years ago. My oldest is from 1948, which is very interesting reading, quite small, but entertaining. Keep up the good work.see moreof the reviewer's review
