Very disappointed in this vest. I love the style and the color, but whatever body it was designed for, it is not mine! The waist is situated so high that for it to fit correctly you must be short-waisted. I have a 38" bust and a 30" waist and the medium is so tight that I cannot wear more than a thin t-shirt under it. Finally, it's a good thing I sew, because the two functional buttons in the front were sewn on in the wrong places, creating a bulge. I had to move them to get the front to lay flat, which has left visible scars on the fabric where they were originally and I'm not happy about it. The fabric is decent for polyester, but it does NOT breathe at all so this is definitely a cold weather garment. I expected far higher quality for this price. This is expensive for a non-wool vest.

This vest is very pretty and nicely made. It runs a bit small. I ordered the large but I needed an xl. Overall, a good buy.
