Q: I purchased a 2 year plan for $4.50. Is this charge a montly recurring fee?
A: Should not be because it doesn't state that in description. It states $4.50 flat rate for 2 years warranty.

Q: I purchased a 2 year plan. I assume this is 2 years past the manufactures warranty and not 2 years from the purchase date.
A: No, 2 years from the purchase date so it gets you an extra year of coverage and MAY cover some things the manufacturer doesn’t

Since SquareTrade is an extended warranty, any existing warranty from a seller or manufacturer does take precedent over the SquareTrade warranty. For normal mechanical and electronic failures, our coverage begins after the manufacturer’s warranty expires. Most items are covered up to one year by the manufacturer. regards, Ali

Q: I paid for this plan that says it is from Allstate. I don't find ANY information about it, just a charge. How would one access this say 6 months from now? I don't understand who SquareTrade is.

Q: What do I physically receive when I buy this plan. I have purchased it twice to go with the controller I bought.
