They do not stand by there warranty!!

Please be aware that the plan is NOT two years as it is advertised to be. I purchased a tablet for my daughter for $99 and this protection plan and her screen cracked and I went to file a claim and noticed my plan was closed after 4 months. Once the repair cost is equal to the cost of the item they close your plan. Very misleading PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT!!!

The hope for this item is that all goes well. First nothing is needed. Second that if needed it gets repaired. Lets hope that third option disappointment doesn't occur. We have hope that al goes well and so far the tablet is performing so we're off to a good start.

I added this to the product I bought for my granddaughter, she loves the tablet I got her for her birthday and hope the warranty comes in handy if and when I need it.

I purchased a tablet for my son and knew I would need a protection plan. But didn't think that I would use in so soon, but it was flawless. I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes.

After uploading my receipt from Target, the initial response from the warranty team denied my claim requiring more information. But, through the online chat everything was cleared up and approved. The item has been sent for repair. The warranty team was very prompt in responding.

So glad for protection plans I bought for my kids tablets! Just had a tablet die on us a couple days over manufacturer warranty and thank God for the square trade protection plan my kid is getting a new one!

I always buy protection plans with electronics. You just never know.
