Not fixed
Mixed review for me. I was happy with how helpful the chat site was and was able to see what was going on with all the info of what was going on with my Fitbit but I received it back today and it was not working at all. So I had to send it back in again the same day I got it back. Hopefully they will actually fix it or get me a replacement. I will hopefully be able to put another review saying that I have a fixed product.

Great Service
Affordable warranty coverage and the website, along with customer service makes the claims process so quick and simple and without the runaround loopholes that other warranty providers put you through. If I could give Squaretrade 10 stars based on the experiences I've had with them, I would.

WOW! Amazing!
Square Trade was worth every penny! My dog ate an earbud and they fixed it and sent them right back! I am so happy we decided to buy this extra coverage!! There was no haggling, no fighting, and they were very fast. Everything happened within 5 days!!
