Q: Does warranty cover beats solo 3 ear pad replacement if they fall apart? Ever pair of beats I owned the pad cover comes unseparated.

This protection plan covers all mechanical and electrical failures that occur during normal use. If the pads of the headphones are fixed and not removable, they will be covered. If they are removable, they will not be covered. You will receive 100% parts and labor coverage. Accidental damage, such as drops and spills, is also covered. We will cover you up to the full price you paid for your item, excluding tax. Each time you file a claim and we repair your item, the total value of the coverage is reduced by the cost of the repair.

    Point of no return

    I'm upset because I returned the item & but I'm still stuck with the plan. I only had the head phones for a couple weeks. I think they should add a refund if you return the item after a certain time.
