Inherently flawed and stress indusing
If you’re purchasing products online and don’t have a physical receipt it is physically impossible to find your claim. I’ve been trying to get my claim started due to a faulty joycon and all of the back and forth I’ve been going through to have this product returned has me in a daze. Their system is inherently flawed and mind numbingly asinine that the only logical conclusion I can come to is that it was purposely made this way to dissuade people from taking advantage of their insurance. There is no reason why I should be on the verge of an aneurism for something so simple. I should be able to go into my store and swap or get my money back but here I am.

Worth the investment!
We purchased the 2-year SquareTrade warranty on our son's Nintendo Switch for peace of mind. So glad we did! He's had it about 20 months and it suddenly won't charge or turn on. We submitted a claim - the process was fast and easy, and we're preparing to ship it off for repairs.
