2 Year Furniture Protection Plan ($18-$49.99) - Allstate

So I purchased an igloo cooler in March of this year and recently I reached out to Allstate for help to replace my item. Unfortunately I was rerouted to igloo to get a replacement. However, neither one of them will replace it. Igloo customer service even stated they do not honor due to this item being a retail exclusive and that the warranty is an exclusive warranty. They stated there are no warranties which extend beyond the description, therefore they cannot reimburse me for my Allstate policy. They can only replace the warranted item. I feel scammed for $8. Target get you stuff together and stop offering invalid services you can’t fulfill.

Highly recommend getting the protection plan for furniture!

The warranty was purchased for a rug. The rug was returned for a full refund. The warranty is not needed and rug was not used, however, cannot find any assistance to request a refund of the Allstate warranty.

Exactly what I wanted

I get the peace of mind. I love having the extra insurance on items. However, if I change my mind about the item once I receive it in the mail and decide it is not best for me, it puzzles me that I am unable to return the protection plan. What am I supposed to do with a protection plan I don't need?! That's silly!

This ottoman is just what I needed. It is the perfect height for the club chair I am using it with. There is plenty of storage. The color fits into my scheme.

Haven't had to use it Yet hope I don't have to but guess it's great to have
