The major flavor is the rice syrup. I can barely taste the cranberries but only if I isolate one in my mouth and concentrate on it. Texture is similar to a Kind bar, or like some nuts stuck together. So yes it is on the harder side but I don’t mind that. I just wish it had more fruit flavor.
