[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my goodness. I think this is the best pan I’ve ever owned! It’s heavy duty, strong, and non-stick. My eggs melted on there like the butter did. I also made burgers on it and it was so easy to clean after. I waited for it to cool down when I washed it and it was so easy to clean too! It’s pricy, but so sooooo worth it. The burgers turned out great, didn’t undercook or over cook at all. The heat distribution was perfect. I could NOT be more happy with this product. Truly a gem to have received and I love using it.

I've noticed some dirt on the bottom of the pan, but honestly, I think my family just isn't cleaning it properly, and it has already started to stain. Overall, though, the non-stick surface is fantastic—nothing sticks to it, and I mean literally nothing. I even burned some food on it, and it still didn't stick. This pan gets a lot hotter than my usual ones, so I've had to lower the heat a bit. Overall, I love it. This is probably the most luxurious pan I've ever owned. I usually wouldn't spend this much on a pan, but now that I've tried it, I might look into buying more. It's definitely worth it if it can last a few years!

It is thick pan with a solid handle that feels very durable. It cooks food evenly with no hot spots, and I noticed right away that oil stays centered in the pan. The butter didn’t burn, the apples carmelized nicely and the oil heated up to the right temp and didn’t flex from hotter to cold. The temp on this pan stayed right where I wanted it. Anddddd NOTHING STUCK TO IT! It was easy to clean and I am so happy I have this pan as part of my cookware now.
