Its hard to find good pads if you have a heavier flow, but these are good to grab when you are just looking for something reliable on those heavier flow days. I like that there is no fragrance simply because it can be irritating when feminine products carry fragrance. The fit is perfect for nighttime since it is bigger on the posterior end so no leakage occurs!

The absorbency is OK. The fit is too big. It’s not very comfortable. The protection is OK and I can breathe in it but it doesn’t fit properly. It’s everywhere.

Very absorbent for a heavy flow and maintains precise leak protection. It is comfortable and fits appropriately, the only downside is they are a little bulky and it’s pretty obvious you are wearing one.

I have very heavy cycles, and finding the right pad has always been a struggle. These Always Maxi Size 5 Extra Heavy Overnight Pads are a lifesaver. The coverage is amazing they’re long, wide, and stay in place thanks to the wings. I can finally sleep through the night without worrying about leaks, which used to be my biggest issue. They’re also comfortable to wear, not bulky, and I love that they’re unscented. If you have a heavy flow and need serious overnight protection, these are a must.

As someone with a heavy flow, these pads are perfect for me. I never have to worry about any type of leakage or the weird perfume smell that some pads have. Delivery was within a few hours of purchase which was a plus as well. The fit is perfect and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

These pads work for what they’re worth. I feel like there are better options, they just cost a lot more. These have a good fit— but I wish the wings were wider. Not only that, but they’re quite short. I have frequent bleed-throughs when sleeping, despite the leak free promise. They absorb most of everything, but it doesn’t take too long for me to need a new one. And last, they get me soo sweaty. I’d definitely recommend other pads, but these work if you can’t afford good ones

These are my favorite overnight pads because they have great absorbency and length. I like to wear these in my heaviest days because I hardly leak when wearing it. I love how it has to wings so that it provides maximum coverage.

The new material is so thing it’s not giving maxi it’s giving ultra thin!! More leaks now and using way more pads then i had to before .. used since i started my periods and now i have to look for a new brand that gave the same the old material gave! this was a huge mistake changing this !

I love that I can move around in bed or lounge on the couch without worrying about leaks ruining my bed, couch, or clothes. Honestly, I’ve learned the hard way what happens when I try to skip the maxi size, so these pads give me true peace of mind. They’re so reliable that I keep one in every single bag I own, just in case. Anytime I accidentally run out of them, I’ve even had to cut smaller pads together just to make one as large and protective as this, just to get through the night safely.
