Amaranth - great faint beet-like earthy taste with a miniature quinoa like texture. I really enjoyed it. Service - received exactly what I ordered and the shipping was very fast. Price - NOW had the absolute best price. My overall experience was fantastic.

I use this all the time in gluten-free waffles I make for my son (mainly buckwheat & oats, some amaranth, teff, and flax). I have also cooked it up as a separate grain, and it works fine.

Loved the flavor, but I followed the directions exactly, but the water never absorbed. It came out like porridge even using the correct amount of water. But this is a new product for me. I may have done something wrong.
