Amazfit Balance Smartwatch

Once you get used to the Zepp environment, the watch is very usable. Its processor is smooth enough and quick enough to handle all of its capabilities. If you’re coming from an Apple Watch, as I was, there are some noticeable limitations, but they are a few and most of those are insignificant. Overall, this watch is really a tremendous value and a good performer. Its price and battery life alone should garner your consideration.

I love smart watches but hate the battery life. I have Fitbit, apple watches, google watches, and Samsung watches. I love tech. I recently switched from android over to apple and was a bit sad about not being able to use my galaxy classic watch 6. I was so happy to find this watch, it has similar style, premium build, nice software and all the features I need. Most watches that offer long battery have a cheap software feel. I can't understand why bigger tech companies cant make watches this nice, with long batteries

Bought as a replacement for an old Apple Watch and have been pleasantly suprised. The screen is crisp and clean. Features are very good and exceed Apple Watch in some areas. I wish it had an ECG monitor. It has many free apps, the workout tracking is terrific. One area of improvement would be to make a better user manual explaining how to use the various functions. I found this very lacking and almost wanted to return because I didn’t know how to use it without extensive research on Reddit. I did buy a model without ability too make a call on the phone which was disappointing and the transfer of music is annoying but the Spotify app is great. All in all I am satisfied with the watch and with the few tweaks mentioned, it would be awesome and five star.

Excellent so far, but that's only half the secret to 'Beat Garmin'...

I very much like the product. This was an upgrade from the GTR 4 and replaced my Garmin Venu. I rated 4 stars due to the Strength Training Template setup being far too cumbersome and not displaying the content in the Template correctly on the watch.

It is quite intuitive to connect with the Samsung phone I use. The messages appear on the watch screen and are easy to read and scroll through. The notifications are fast and fruious, so I toned down my choice of 'alert' and the number of alerts I wanted to be aware of. Easy to pair, so far I like it!

It's great, super light and has all the features of expensive brands but even better. The voice control is awesome, haven't used all features yet but I'm impressed, connects seamlessly to the Zepp app. Voice calling is great. I love that every time I take it off, I have to use a pin to unlock it, great safety feature. Did have a battery draining issue, sent feedback and received an update and all is back to normal.

I still in the leaning period on the smartwatch. But the functions are perfect!

I've had notification issues in the past that never got resolved and quit buying Amazfit, they had a sale on the Balance and I saw there was a big update and decided to try it, well the notifications now work perfectly and has been a great watch

I haven’t had this Amazfit Balance very long but so far I like it. Really impressed by the battery life. Initially had trouble converting from Celsius to Fahrenheit but finally got it fixed.

From the moment I purchased online the company was keeping me notified on my order it arrived safely, and works better than other brands that brag about their watches. From start to finish this is best company to deal with.

It cracks and chips very easily. It is not good watch for sport

I find thus watch peefect in terms of price and features. Speaker gets loud also, recommended to many friends.
