"This plan works! I have followed Ivy's advice in both this book and her Body Reboot book for a few months now. I have to say that, being in my late 50s, I had a lot of pessimism about ANY plan's ability to reduce my out-of-control gut. But I am happy to report that I have dropped roughly 25 pounds, and I've shrunk my waist by 5 inches with these books (I wasn't really tracking weight/waist size at the beginning since I wasn't optimistic this would help, so these numbers are probably fairly accurate but not dead on).
