To add content you've purchased to a Child account, you'll need to use the Parent Dashboard from Amazon's website (the easiest way I found was to search 'parent dashboard' and follow the link in the search results). From there, you can select 'Content' on the left side of the screen which will bring you to a huge list of all the content and apps you've purchased on your account. Bought two of these bc my kids take a 2.5 hour drive every other weekend. This thing was so easy to set up and download videos for FREE for them for the car ride. idk how the battery life is as I bought them on a Friday quickly set it up and sent them but they’re small and perfect for the car. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT

This thing absolutely sucks. The internal storage is completely full even though there’s no apps downloaded and no pictures or anything that would take up 10gb worth of storage. I went out and bought a 120 gb sd card in hopes that it would extend the storage space as recommended by Amazon. Not a thing changed. Not to mention that my son dropped the tablet on the carpet in our living room and it cracked the screen. Please don’t waste your money on the terrible product.

Wrong Item

Works fine but it’s annoying that I didn’t get the color I chose. It was even labeled blue so it wasn’t the employees fault.
