Hello Nana! I am so terribly sorry to hear that your tablets have both stopped working. I know you say that Amazon wasn't any help in your review but I am unsure if you were able to speak directly to our Amazon Customer Support for these issues as all of our Kid's Fire Tablets come with a 2 year worry free guarantee. I know that since you have had the devices for 5 months that Target does not handle this guarantee directly. I would advise calling 888.280.4331 for Amazon Customer Support to see what options are available for you.
