I bought 2 of these for xmas they both stopped working says something wrong with charging port. Amazon nor target any help. Dont waste your money.

Way too much is going on for this little thing. My 3 yr old is frustrated by it. We might as well get a regular tablet. The games freeze, it takes so long to even set up, download stuff, etc.

If these steps do not help, and you are still experiencing functionality issues, you can call Amazon customer service, available 24/7 for assistance with the device.
