Description

Ambiance Studio Wood Frames are perfect for framing papers, panels, posters, and certificates. These professional quality wood frames are finished with three coats of urethane, which is UV cured, two electrostatic coats, and a final UV cured finish. The finish is applied to the wood and hardened via a chemical reaction triggered by ultraviolet light. The UV process ensures a brilliant smooth finish that is more durable than other frame finishes on the market. Each frame comes with a sheet of optically clear glazing and rigid MDF backing board. D-ring hangers are already attached to the high-density backing board, so you don't need to worry about attaching hardware to the frame.

The second frame. The first one was much worse.

I ordered this frame twice. The first one came broken. It cracked diagonally in the corner of the frame, and it basically shattered the corner. I loved the way it looked, so I ordered it again. The second one also came cracked in the corner, albeit not as bad as the first time. I am returning it and I am not re-ordering it. Either whoever’s packing these doesn’t care, the frame is broken before going into the package, or it’s junk. I’ve never had anything from Target arrive broken like this before.

Solid, elegant frame and great value for the price, but....

The prongs that hold the backing of the frame in place are a real pain to use - there are MANY little metal tabs along all sides -- and are sure to break if you change out what's in the frame more than once or twice.

LOVE these frames!

They are perfect, look great, and no assembly needed -- the hooks are already on the back for both vertical and horizontal orientation. They look very nice in person.

Good Frame

All in all, the frame feels sturdy and is as described. However, I will say that the thumbnail that you see is a little deceptive, the border of the frame looks as though its wide, and when you receive the frame it does not appear to be as wide as the thumbnail would illustrate, so its mostly just the aesthetic. Otherwise, looks great.
