Not that well made

I really like the bed, it is very pretty and has a vintage look to it which is exactly what I was looking for. The wood is a nice color as well. However- when putting it together a few of the screws didn't line up just right. It wasn't a huge deal, just a little more work to get them in. My main problem was that one of the pieces was defective ( it was the metal support leg, the L piece) it was too short, and therefore couldn't help support the bed on that side. So long story short after several emails and a long wait ( I think over a month) I finally get the part from the company who made the bed- they were very nice but located in china so it took awhile to get the part. If we hadnt put so much work into putting it together. I would have just returned it. I think I just received a defective part and not all the beds are like this. Overall: beautiful bed, but not super well made.

Arrived with completely obvious chips in wood - returning

Arrived damaged. Doesn’t appear wood was damaged during transport, more so like there was damage to the wood prior to it even being shipped. Now we have to bring it to either a Target store or to UPS/FedEx for a refund. At 100 pounds and with the size of the item, this has been a complete inconvenience and I wish we never bought it.
