Weird Eating Experience
The first couple of bites were kind of gross and I almost tossed it. It tasted like watered down vegetables and dumpling batter. Probably because of the steam/moisture collecting on the plastic and dripping back in. After that though, it wasn't half bad. I liked the tofu and the dumplings.

Rather flavorless
The dumplings were okay. The noodles are bland and essentially sauceless. The veggies were the best part. If you don't like mushrooms, I would stray from buying this or the pad thai dishes (they are both very mushroom-forward). I would not repurchase this Amy's product.

Weird textures
My entree literally had two dumplings. They were good and the best part of the meal. Most of the meal was actually noodles, so it felt like a bait & switch. The vegetables were ok. But there was this weird anise-y sauce that was pretty off- putting to me and there was something mushy—like maybe cooked veggies that melded with the sauce. The tofu was ok texture-wise, but that sauce soaked in. I really had a hard time powering through eating it bc of the texture and flavor. I think hot sauce would’ve helped. I love this brand, but won’t be purchasing this again.

Wish target would bring back the Amy’s dairy-free pizza. Lots of soy but great meal, I add maybe 1tbsp water to the dish before microwaving, keeps the sauce from drying out before the pasta cooks through. Really appreciate how proactive and allergy-conscious Amy’s kitchen is and it’s great how many wonderful people they employ in Idaho who have been featured on their local news for doing good in the world.

Salty but tasty. If you have a soy sensitivity or allergy, stay away from this. Tastes good tho. I think it was only one or a few dumplings like the pic. I assumed it would be more, which was just a me thing. It’s not false advertising.

I’m glad I didn’t listen to the reviews. It’s now a huge bowl but no tv dinners are. The flavor was on point and it was all good quality and fresh tasting. I got 3 dumplings and 6+ pieces of tofu with noodles and plenty of veggies. It’s good for a light meal or to hold you over. Would definitely get this again.

My new go to frozen meal
This has to be one of my most favorite frozen meals EVER. I chose to try it because I’m dairy free and biting into this I never would’ve thought it wasn’t. The vegetables taste crisp and fresh and so does everything else. I would pay for this at a restaurant it’s that good. I do wish the portion size was a bit bigger but it’s still a 10/10.
