I don’t usually buy frozen meals, as I prefer cooking fresh from scratch, so I was skeptical about how this would taste and whether it used quality ingredients. To my surprise, it was delicious especially for a frozen meal! This Mac & Cheese is wonderfully creamy, featuring tender organic cauliflower with its subtle nutty flavor, tossed with perfectly cooked gluten-free rice pasta. Everything is blanketed in Amy’s signature 3-cheese sauce, made from a balanced blend of aged white Cheddar, Monterey Jack, and Parmesan cheeses comfort food at its finest. You can prepare it in the microwave, conventional oven, or toaster oven. For my review, I chose the conventional oven, which was simple and straightforward. The dish cooked evenly and turned out beautifully. I’m in love with this mac and cheese bowl! Not only is it flavorful and convenient, but the cauliflower doesn’t compromise the taste at all. Some health-focused meals struggle to deliver on flavor, but Amy’s truly knocked it out of the park. The breadcrumbs on top are the perfect finishing touch. Quick, easy, and utterly delicious. I highly recommend it!

One of my 2026 new year goals is to heal by body through diet and exercise so finding these Amy’s frozen meals was a pleasant surprise. They are healthy and delicious. They heated up well and I am going to take them with me as a quick option for a meal at work.

Starting off, I liked that there were 3 different ways to cook it depending on your preference (either a microwave oven, conventional oven, or toaster oven). For my review, I opted to cook it with a conventional oven, which was pretty straightforward and easy to cook. I found that it cooked very well in the conventional oven--the cheese sauce texture was very creamy and the blend of aged white cheddar, Monterey jack, and parmesan cheeses created a rich, complex flavor that you don't usually find in these types of frozen meals. What really stood out to me was the cauliflower; I was honestly a bit skeptical about the texture but it held up perfectly and complimented the pasta well. It's a great way to sneak in some veggies without losing that comfort-food feel. Overall, it was quite tasty and I would recommend it if you're looking for a quick, cheesy gluten-free fix!

The noodles are a bit chewy which is expected but the cheese sauce is really tasty and it’s quite filling. Way better than a lot of options where you have to boil noodles first!

I microwave for 20-30 seconds less than what they say and it turns out better.

This was a 10/10! Little pieces of cauliflower throughout the bowl. It was delicious 😋

My oldest struggled with stomach issues a few years ago so we limited the amount of gluten she ate. I wish I knew about this product then because she would've lived off this. I still try to watch our gluten intake, especially because we have several in laws that have gluten allergies so I'm more conscious about having that around when they're over. The taste was good and it was super easy to make up. The portion size was enough for my kids or to fill me. Overall I'm impressed with this brand and the large variety of gluten free options they offer. I'm looking forward to trying more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have recently tried to keep up with clean eating and gluten free items are definitely something I look for although it's tough to find items that are healthy gluten free and tasty! Especially for my kiddos. I will be ordering more Amy's meals and can't wait to review them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was ok for a fast meal at work. Although I feel it is tasty, the cauliflower is a tad too mushy for me. I normally eat my pasta al dente and this was more of the "overcooked" taste. Would I buy this again, I would have second thoughts but probably would and end up cooking it a little less time.
