Why Does This Have Such Good Reviews
This isn’t good at all. There’s a weird taste about two seconds after it’s in your mouth. It’s not good, I couldn’t finish it. There’s much better gluten free/vegan options.

Unlocks my primitive brain
This pasta is by far one of my most favorite indulgent meals. There’s something about it that’s just crazy good.. I’m usually averse to certain textures, but Amy’s cheese sauce somehow bypasses the neurons in my brain that make me turn into a raging monkey at the smallest of inconveniences. It coaxes and relaxes me all at the same time. Sometimes lick the paper tray clean when nobody is looking. I swear they put something in this that reverts me to a feral, primal state of mind. Maybe I just really like mac and cheese? Who knows. 10/10 worth the price for an experience like none other.

High Marks for Gluten Free Flavor!
My daughter and I have been gluten-free for years. She loves macaroni and cheese and we've tried many of the brands on the market. This is hands down her favorite, and by a wide margin. I've tried it as well, and while I'm not a mac and cheese fanatic, I too was impressed. It's more expensive than others we've tried, but in my opinion, well worth the extra cost.

Bland GF Sadness
Had high hopes - sadly not very good. Noodles held up well, sauce was creamy, but there was no cheezy flavor at all. I added fresh pepper & sharp cheddar, but it didn't help. Given the high sodium content, I wouldn't bother with this dish.
