This Anderic UC7083T/UC7067FMRX kit is an exact replacement for the Hampton Bay 60 in. Miramar II ceiling fan and works as a universal add-on control system for most 3-speed AC ceiling fans. The included receiver and remote provide convenient control of fan speeds and lighting with no programming required, and dimming works best when used with standard incandescent bulbs. This kit is intended only for 3-speed AC ceiling fans and will not operate DC motors, smart modules, or fans requiring thermostatic or specialty remotes.
